I'm Claire Hall, coach and founder of Authentic Empowerment. 

In 2004, I immigrated to Australia with nothing but a suitcase and student visa from my beloved England. Having backpacked around Australia, I knew that I was meant to live here. I liked who I was in this land and I wanted to explore the possibilities of creating a life in this amazing country.

I started my coaching qualifications in 2004 and intend to keep studying and learning from the best teachers in the world. I offer a range of therapeutic tools from reprogramming the past to optimising the future and healing the present.

My life

As a mother of two gorgeous soccer crazy boys, wife to a super busy husband, best friend to Happy (my fur baby), active school mum and Primary Ethics volunteer teacher, I know the importance of energy management. I use my coaching tools to stick to my goals, maintain healthy work life balance and show up every day with my best self.
