I was one of those 'disbelievers' who felt that I had been on the planet and survived long enough without a 'life coach' so why did I need one now and then along came Claire Hall and changed my perspective on life. I guess I thought that a life coach would turn your life around (and not in a good way either). Claire did make me see my life from a whole new perspective but I guess what I appreciate most about my coaching experience with her is that she turned my own life picture around (like turning a framed photo around) and gave me the opportunity to look at it from another angle. It is something that I know that I would not have been able to do on my own because as they say "Perspective is reality" and hence the perspective I had of my life was the reality that I was living with. Needless to say that while this was a gradual process of realisation and acceptance for me, it did end up causing me to make bold changes in my life, changes I might add that were completely my choice. I am a strong, determined go-getter who has achieved every goal I have set for myself. Unfortunately, this led me to an arena where I had reached all my life targets, and could not motivate myself to move further. I could feel myself becoming less than I was, and knew that I had to change it. This is where you came in! I had a few minimum goals that were vital, as well as some difficult decisions to make.
