Authentic Empowerment
Authentic Empowerment respects your right to privacy. We are bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988. Those Principles regulate most of our activities with respect to personal information collected, stored, used and disclosed by us. However, the activities of all organisations directly relating to personal information of current or former employees contained in employee records are not covered by the Principles.
In our life coaching and consulting business we use personal information collected from clients and prospective clients to perform our services to the respective parties and to perform our obligations under our agreements.
We may disclose information to other parties including contractors, media organisations, on the internet, government and statutory bodies, financial institutions and to third parties as required or authorised by law.
We will only disclose the above-mentioned information to other parties as required to perform our duties under any agreement, to achieve the purposes specified above, to provide an effective service, or as otherwise allowed under the Privacy Act 1988. Tax and other laws may require some of the above-mentioned information to be collected. If the information is not provided, we may not be able to act effectively or at all.
This site as well as any third party sites that serve us may make use of cookies including those for anyonomous tracking of how our site is used. No personal information in regards to cookies is collected or stored.
No personal information is stored on this site, other than any details you expressly provide to us voluntarily. If you do not want your personally-identifiable information collected, please do not submit it to us.
Authentic Empowerment sends subscribers to our website information periodically. We do not share this subscirber information you submit to us with any third parties, including advertisers or partners. Once subscribed, should you wish to no longer receive information from us, you may remove your email address from our distribution list.
