Claire Hall founded Authentic Empowerment in 2004 with the dream of providing people the opportunity of life coaching to design their unique professional and personal lifestyle.
In 2007, Claire had the privilege of being nominated for the Telstra Business Women's Awards. In 2009, Authentic Empowerment again had the priviledge of being nominated, this time for the Telstra Business Awards.
Having designed her own distinct lifestyle, including a radical change in profession and permanent relocation to Australia, Claire is a passionate advocate of people creating and succeeding in every aspect of their life.
In addition to her corporate experience, Claire brings applied psychology to every session. After successfully completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling (ACAP), she become an Accredited Life Coach with Results Coaching Systems. These qualifications are recognised by the International Coaching Federation of Australia.
Claire works with a broad range of successful clients pursuing new goals and achievements. Clients come to coaching for a variety of reasons such as creating a new career, increasing confidence, establishing work/life balance, increasing income or simply because they feel a sense of being ‘stuck in a rut’.
As a motivating and committed coach, Claire stretches her clients beyond their comfort zone whilst ensuring 100% support, understanding and accountability.
Claire writes a variety of coaching articles for several companies such as Superwoman Finance Services and AMP. She also writes and delivers tailored workshops.

Wendy Buckingham
As well as information and skills, Wendy brings to Authentic Empowerment the benefit of a life rich in experience, learning and transformation. Her clients say she has the innate ability to hone in on the real issues that need to be addressed, whether they be personal, professional or business and support them to clear their path towards success.
Wendy’s career background includes journalism, co-ownership of an audio/video production company, broadcasting, speaking and coaching. She has over 25 years experience in the media as a feature writer for some of Australia's leading newspapers and magazines.
Wendy is a graduate of the original coaching school, Coach Inc and has been credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. She also has accreditation with Results Coaching Systems. She is an experienced group coaching and tele-class leader and holds Certificate IV in workplace Training and Assessment. As well as working with individuals and groups, Wendy has regularly presented to business organisations and conferences on goal planning and networking.
In 2001 Wendy wrote Ready Set Goal! which brought her work together in a simple format for success. This and her CD, Secrets of Successful Goal Planning echo the essence of her work which is to enable people to take charge of their lives and make the best possible choices.

Sandra Makdessi
Sandra believes that although we are all capable of creating success, coaching encourages peak performance and contributes to successful positive behavioural change. Her strengths lie in her ability to help individuals find clarity and purpose while creating a dynamic, yet supportive environment for success and sustainable results.
Using her coaching experience, good humour and belief in each individuals unique potential, Sandra assists her clients in bringing clarity, balance and control into their lives.
With twenty years experience in the corporate sector including business system analyst roles, Sandra has developed a keen understanding of business imperatives and a strong commitment to driving desired outcomes.
Her particular expertise is in communication, training and systems management and Sandra has developed an enviable reputation for being able to work effectively with an organisation’s people regardless of level, status or cultural background.
Sandra is the current vice president of the International Coach Federation Australasia, NSW Chapter and is certified with Results Coaching Systems. Sandra is also studying towards a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology at the University of Western Sydney and gives back to her community through pro-bono executive coaching within the not for profit sector.
